These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Use of jl15 is intended for users located in the Philippines.
Each user is permitted one (1) active jl15 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
Use of bots, exploits, collusion, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through jl15 (accessible at jl15.club and its associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications), you ("User," "Member," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of jl15. Your continued use of the platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open and maintain a jl15 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
jl15 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Provision of false eligibility information constitutes material breach of these Terms.
Each natural person is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the jl15 platform at any time. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. jl15 may, at its sole discretion, close all associated accounts and forfeit balances if duplicate accounts are identified.
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. jl15 reserves the right to require verification of any information provided, including government-issued Philippine identification documents.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify jl15 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jl15 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
jl15 may, at any time and for any reason, require you to complete identity verification procedures ("KYC") as required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
jl15 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, bank transfer (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other participating Philippine banks), and 7-Eleven CLiQQ.
Deposits made via GCash and other supported e-wallets are generally credited to your jl15 wallet balance immediately upon successful transfer confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to appear in your jl15 balance, depending on the sending institution's processing timelines.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise specified in applicable promotional terms.
All deposits to your jl15 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are prohibited. jl15 reserves the right to reverse transactions and suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.
All transactions on the jl15 platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). jl15 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion applied by your payment provider is the sole responsibility of the Member.
jl15 is committed to processing withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within one (1) to two (2) hours of request submission, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Philippine public holidays. This processing commitment applies to verified accounts meeting all withdrawal eligibility criteria.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya). Minimum amounts for bank transfer withdrawals may differ and will be disclosed at the time of withdrawal request.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl15 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
In all cases, jl15's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Member shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the jl15 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance attributable to bonus funds or promotional credits shall be forfeited. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Member's registered payment method following completion of any applicable compliance review, which may take up to thirty (30) business days.
Your use of jl15 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. jl15 collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and the applicable regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission.
By registering for a jl15 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
jl15 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material amendments are made, jl15 will provide notice via a prominent notice on the platform or by email to your registered address at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of jl15 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of jl15, that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall limit jl15's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction in order to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
